Lemon Rice
3 cups cooked GF white rice
1 cup GF chicken broth
½ stick butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ cup GF parmesan cheese
1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice
In a medium saucepan mix cooked rice and chicken broth over low heat until simmering. Add remaining ingredients and continually stir until all liquid is absorbed and creamy. Around 5 minutes.
